How much will my shipping charges be?
Shipping and Insurance: ($5) for purchases under $50; ($8) between $50 and $99; ( $15) between $100 and $999; ($20) over $1,000. Overseas air ($10) extra. UPS Ground for shipping within the USA. Overseas and Canada via US air mail.
You may return an item for refund if it is returned to us in its
original condition within 8 days after having received it. Shipping charges
will not be refunded unless the item is returned due to a defect on our part.
After a return has been
received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card,
refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund
check will be mailed to you. The returned item must be insured for its full value.
We charge 8.75% sales tax for merchandise shipped to a California
addresses and not to other US states or the rest of the world.
Our showroom is located at 1710 University Avenue, Berkeley, California. (For ready-to-wear costumes, please call for an appointment and bring along the item numbers of the costumes that you are interested in trying on.)
